- 3 medium Tomatoes sliced into thin wedges
- 1 small Red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Parsley leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoon Mint leaves chopped
- Dressing
- 1 teaspoon Sumac
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- Β½ tablespoon Olive oil extra virgin
- ΒΌ teaspoon Cracked black pepper or to taste
- Β½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, sumac, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, parsley, and mint.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
